Why Principal Contractors ask subbies for so much

You’re a PCBU, not just a “Subbie”
Under WHS law you are a Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) in your own right, with your own duties. Borrowing a mate’s template or relying on the Principal Contractor’s system doesn’t cover you, and it won’t satisfy a serious prequalification. You need a system that belongs to your business, reflects the work you actually do, and stands up when a client or regulator looks closely.
