3. Fixed-Price Mobilisation

4. You Own It
You own all the documentation, so you stay in control. Use us for the big jobs and self-manage the small ones — bringing us in only when it counts.
Why Owning Your Documentation Matters

What is project mobilisation?
Project mobilisation is everything you have to put in place before work starts on a specific job — site-specific SWMS, management plans, registers and the documents your Principal Contractor requires for prequalification and site access. We deliver it as a fixed-price package per project.
Do I need my own safety system if I only subcontract?
Yes. Under WHS law you’re a PCBU with your own duties, and serious Principal Contractors expect you to hold your own system rather than rely on theirs. A system in your business’s name is also what wins you prequalification on bigger work.
Who owns the documents — me or the consultant?
You do. Everything is delivered in editable MS Word and Excel and is yours to keep, use and adapt. There’s no lock-in and no platform you have to keep paying for.
Can I handle the small jobs myself?
That’s the idea. Once your system and templates are in place, you self-manage the straightforward jobs and bring us in for fixed-price mobilisation on the larger or higher-risk projects where it counts.
